Child Safety Standards
These standards apply to the “Graswiese” app (Android, iOS) and the website graswiese.de, provided by Graswiese UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (developer on Google Play: Graswiese).
Zero tolerance
Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) is expressly prohibited on Graswiese. This includes in particular:
- child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind – including drawn, computer-generated or AI-generated material – as well as links to it or information on where to find it;
- any sexualisation of minors;
- grooming, i.e. contacting minors with sexual intent, and sextortion;
- content that promotes or facilitates trafficking or the exploitation of children.
Adults only
Graswiese is intended exclusively for people aged 18 and over. We ask for the user’s age on the first visit and for the date of birth at registration; people under 18 cannot create an account. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we delete it.
Reporting
Content and users can be reported directly in the app using the report function. You can also send reports concerning child sexual abuse or exploitation to info@graswiese.de at any time (subject “Child safety”). We handle such reports with priority.
What we do
- We remove such content without delay as soon as we become aware of it.
- We permanently ban the accounts involved.
- We report cases to the competent law enforcement authorities (in Germany, among others, the Federal Criminal Police Office, BKA) and cooperate with them; we preserve and disclose data only to the extent permitted or required by law.
- We comply with applicable child protection laws, in particular the German Criminal Code, the German Interstate Treaty on the Protection of Minors in the Media and the EU Digital Services Act.
