Cherry Pie x Harle-Tsu, CBD-rich, THC:CBD roughly 1:1; according to the breeder the first cultivar of the Blossom series. Outdoor cultivation (sunlight) on the farm in Takilma, Oregon (source s8). Whether this line predates the other versions is not documented; it is listed as “original” because it is the best documented. Batch values (6.03 % THC/6.34 % CBD and 10.04 % THC/9.19 % CBD) are given in lab_results[].
Cherry Blossom
Cherry Blossom refers to several crosses; the best documented is the CBD-rich line from Cherry Pie and Harle-Tsu by East Fork Cultivars of Oregon.
At least 3 crosses with different pedigrees share the name Cherry Blossom: a THC-leaning seed line from Source Genetics and 2 CBD-rich plants, one of which came from Cherry Pie and Harle-Tsu. This version from East Fork Cultivars in southern Oregon is the best documented. It contains THC and CBD in roughly equal proportions and, according to the breeder, opened its Blossom series.
Genetics and Origin:
East Fork Cultivars grows on a farm in Takilma in the Illinois River Valley and counts Cherry Blossom among the farm's established cultivars. The breeder names Cherry Pie and Harle-Tsu as parent strains. Other strain descriptions classify the plant as an indica.
Versions from Different Breeders:
Of the Oregon version, the Source Genetics line shares only Cherry Pie. Its pedigree is (Cherry Pie x PSA) x (Pure Thai x Face Off #4), where PSA stands for Pre-Soviet Afghani. Seeds are documented only in regular form. A seed vendor lists the Face Off line as Face Off OG #4, gives the indica-to-sativa ratio as 25 to 75 and states 18 to 22 % THC.
A CBD-rich hemp version emerged from Cherry Wine and Berry Blossom; its breeder is not documented. A Canadian producer that cultivates it outdoors in southern Ontario states 15 to 21 % CBD with 0 to 1 % THC. The genetics of an indica-leaning Cherry Blossom with a 70 % indica share, said to have been traded mainly in Oregon and Washington, remain unclear.
Cultivation:
For the Source Genetics line, the breeder gives a flowering time of 8 to 11 weeks, whereas the seed vendor gives 60 to 70 days. It can be grown indoors and outdoors. The vendor advises low stress training so that more light reaches the large plant, and rates the yield as medium.
According to other strain descriptions, the hemp version stays low and compact. Under artificial light it flowers in 56 to 63 days, and outdoors it is ready between late September and early October. The same descriptions consider it robust against diseases and pests, regard a warm, dry climate as favorable and speak of high yields under good conditions. For the indica-leaning line, 56 to 77 days of flowering, an outdoor harvest from late September to late October, bushy growth and medium yields are reported. East Fork Cultivars grows its own version in sunlight on the farm in Oregon.
Aroma and Flavor:
When smoked, East Fork Cultivars describes a sweet undertone reminiscent of cherry candy, and on the nose wood, earth and cherry. Other strain descriptions mention berry, rose and mint. For the hemp version, the Canadian producer describes prominent berry notes accompanied by floral scents of gardenia, apple and citrus blossom; according to a retailer's description, another batch of the same cross smelled mainly of pine, with slight hints of citrus and flowers.
THC and CBD Content:
East Fork Cultivars has published 6.03 % THC and 6.34 % CBD as well as 10.04 % THC and 9.19 % CBD for individual batches of its own version, without naming the laboratory. The values vary by batch, cultivation and phenotype. Other strain descriptions put both cannabinoids at 9 to 11 % each.
Lab Results:
The breeder gives the total terpene content as 2.50 % for one batch and 2.74 % for the other, and names caryophyllene, myrcene and pinene as the main terpenes. Other descriptions add limonene and terpinolene. For one batch of the hemp version there is a single measurement with no laboratory stated: 0.265 % delta-9-THC and 0.173 % THCA, plus myrcene at 0.48 % ahead of caryophyllene at 0.12 % and alpha-pinene at 0.11 %, with 0.94 % terpenes in total.
Effects:
East Fork Cultivars describes an effect that lifts mood and drive. Other strain descriptions list elevated mood, energy, cheerfulness, relaxation and focus, and dizziness as an unwanted effect.
Community Experiences:
Which version the authors of user reports consumed often remains unclear. Some refer explicitly to CBD-dominant flowers with little THC, others to THC-containing vaporizer cartridges. The accounts differ accordingly: some consumers report a clear, functional state with good focus, others a stimulating onset that turns into calm, body-centered relaxation and can extend to tiredness or couch-lock. Hunger and an altered sense of time are mentioned several times, and in isolated cases a stimulating effect on desire.
Reports on the indica-leaning line mention firm, light green flowers with plenty of trichomes, a sedating effect and mild smoke. Individual voices name a grape flavor or a pungent diesel smell; one consumer, by their own account, received a weak phenotype with barely noticeable effect. Another report noted purple-colored flowers.

Community
The reports refer to different products (CBD-dominant flowers, THC-containing vaporizer cartridges) and cannot be assigned to any version with certainty. Relaxation and a course that is stimulating at first and later calm and body-centered are frequently described.
Some reports describe a clear, functional state with focus, others a sedating effect extending to tiredness or couch-lock. One report describes a weak phenotype with barely noticeable effect. Aroma statements differ (grape, diesel, cherry, mint).
